Bookings and Reservations
I look after small groups so space is limited. Book early to secure your child’s place.
I will try to place your child in a group where I feel they will suit the group dynamics.
Sickness and Holidays
Fees will apply if you’re child is sick and unable to attend their session.
Fees also apply on Public Holidays and if you take holiday leave.
Payments
Payments must be made up front before the care commences. Pay direct to Bankwest BSB 306-069 Account 030-1462.
Square payments are available for an extra charge of $2 per payment.
Insurance
I am fully insured, but the insurance is not valid whilst you are on site. This means that you’re solely responsible for the well being of your child whilst you are on the premises.
Cancelling your booking
You will be required to pay in full if you cancel your booking within 10 days.
Pick ups and drop offs
If separation anxiety is an issue we can design a plan that works for you and your child.
The recommended advice is to keep drop offs short, no longer than 15 minutes and pick ups will take around 5 minutes
Late payments and late pickups
Charges will apply if you’re late making your payments or if you collect your child after the booked session time has finished.

Visiting hours
Parents are able to visit, but please note that my insurance requires that you’re responsible for caring for your child during a visit.
Children are signed out of my care if you visit, which may also impact on your ccs payments.
Concerns
It’s important that your child has a positive experience whilst in my care. Please book an appointment to speak to me if you have any concerns, as I might not have time to talk before, during or after the session.
